Sugar Land Airport
|
The Sugar Land Regional Airport in Texas decided they wanted a form on their web site for pilots to be able to make
reservations for cars, hotels, catering, etc. Behind the form is a mechanism for them to download the information, encoded
in XML, to a desktop application — FBO Manager by Cornerstone Logic — that manages their FBO day-to-day
operations. This removes quite a bit of work for their staff.

Calian US

There's a support ticket system that accommodates multiple client accounts. And employee personnel records are
managed with tools in the employee resources. The employee handbook is maintained here. The company
newsletter is produced with tools available to the human resources manager and is accessible through the
employee login. Our group is using a version of the project manager program (dubbed Tron) for keeping track of
tasks.
